Happy Giler😀😀

Tadi aku pergi for my 2nd dietician appointment at CCK polyclinic.

Sampai jer kat clinic, aku terus gi timbang dulu. Yeay!!!! It reads 65.6kg. Aku happy sangat2. It was 67.8kg when I first went there on 18-Feb. Within 2 months 5 days, I lost 2.2kg. Its a huge accomplishment for me. 

The dietician was happy too when I showed her my weight slip. And she complimented on my diets when she reviewed my food diary.

Alhamdulillah. Terima kasih Ya Allah kerana menyedarkan ku tentang penting nya gaya hidup sihat. Mudah2an istiqomah.

All time record - Yeay!!!

Malam ni aku ada teman berjalan. Irene from group WNM decided to walk with me. Yeay!!!! Im gonna make full use of her company. Usually when I do my walking alone to Seng Shiong, I will pass by Japanese Garden Road, and always wish to walk there. But I know I will never dare to walk there alone, the road is too quiet. But tonight, I made a date with Irene. I told her to meet at the start of the road. Gosh, its so nice to walk with someone. The quiet road seems extremely ok. We walked and talked. Im glad that she's quite talkative & that made the walk an enjoyable one. 

Somehow, tonight the sky is a bit bright & orangy. Agak nya bcoz of gerhana bulan kot. Unfortunately, my iphone camera did not do justice to the picture. This was captured from near Chinese Garden train station.

We finally end our walk at 10:15. I went home straight & Irene said that she's taking a bus back as she is too tired to walk home. Poor Irene...

Yeay!!! I made a new record...

32 tahun kemudian....

Semalam, aku mula menjahit very early around 9am. So engrossed with my sewing that I have forgotten the most important date. Gosh! around 3+ baru teringat!!! first time I lupa kot. Sign of old age..

And as usual, none of the family members remember. I dont think the children know about the date. Or perhaps they know, but 'So What!' And for the sang suami, he has long forgotten this date. Haiz....

Tadi 12 noon. Baru ternampak posting Kak Zaiton Kadir at her FB. Today is her 56th birthday & as usual her wall is flooded with doas & wishes from friends & families. I saw her children sent touching wishes & doas to her. They are her FB contacts. How blessed ...

In her latest status, someone knocking her door to surprise her with a bouquet of beautiful roses. I guess its from her daughter. You are so blessed Kak Eton.  May Allah shower you with rahmat & iman.

Alhamdulillah...today's regime

Alhamdulillah, syukur Ya Allah....

Sekarang 8:45 am tengah duduk depan kipas keringkan rambut dan berdikir...

Aku dah selesai buat ni semua :

- mengaji Pencinta Alqur'an

- cuci kain 

- kemas tangki

- masak air jarang

- sarapan, hot milo with wholemeal bread & butter

- exercise, PT & stairs climbing

- jemur kain

- mandi & cuci rambut

Alhamdulillah.....

Kalau dulu sebelum WNM, dah pukul 9am masih terbaring kat atas katil bermalas-malasan. Haiz

Hati ku iri....

Tadi lepas masak lunch, buka jer Facebook terus ternampak posting Kak Intan. Hati ini menjadi sayu dah terharu and at the same time iri juga. Betapa aku impikan dan harapkan untuk membaca quran bersama sama suami ku. Ya Allah, kau buka lah hati suami ku untuk mempelajari membaca alquran. Ya Allah... makbulkan lah doa ku....
