DHL is knocking my door!…Yeay!!!

DHL called to inform that he will reach my place in 10 minutes and he need me to pay S$38.69 for GST on my Haworth dinner set. The paper on the package shows its GBP200 (S$409). Anything above S$400 is taxable for GST. Haiz….how can I overlook on this. No money, no goods…. so, I reluctantly made a cheque. Haiz….

Thought of opening the box, but once I see inside, GOSH! I don't think I can open and unpack them in 2 hours. Hence, informed Yati about the arrival and she's more than happy to help me unpack the box on Thursday, 2-Jan.

2013 is leaving us….

Today I spent the whole morning in the kitchen cooking. I made ayam lemak cili padi, daging masak rendang bali, sambal udang, sayur campur, acar timun and telur dadar. I've invited Mariz's mother over for lunch together with Abg Ali's family. They will come at 2pm after fetching the little rascal from school.

The spread…. I hope they like it.

Lola is leaving for Manila tonight. Have a pleasant trip dear Lola….

Suami ku pulang...

Aku terlepas subuh lagi. Ya Allah...kenapa syaitan bermaharaja lela bila suami ku tiada disisi?

Nasi semalam masih ada sikit di rice cooker. So apa lagi, buat nasi goreng kampung taruk kacang  panjang & cili padi merah. Rasa2 cukup untuk tiga serving. Ok jugak lah lepas untuk Fahmi dan aku.

Hari ni aku start piecing all the fabric that I have cut yesterday for the tea towel. Managed to piece all the 9pcs tea towel which I bought at KL with Nosha. Alhamdulillah, cantek jugak. I've finished the last piece at 2:45. And quickly clean-up the room. Husband is coming back today from Vietnam and will arrive home around 4pm.

For dinner, I cooked sayur bayam goreng2 with ikan bilis, ikan tenggiri goreng & udang sambal.  Rendang bali semalam masih ada banyak lagi, so I just heat up. I think Fahmi loves the dishes that he had a second serving. Alhamdulillah...
